A stunning penthouse apartment with 365 degree views of the island. Based in the famous Isla 33 Resort on Isla Mujeres, you have access to a semi-private rooftop pool and BBQ area, shared with only a handful of apartments. The luxury 3br apartment is broken into a main apartment (2brs) and one self-contained 1br apartment, giving you flexibility to have privacy if you want it. This apartment is setup to impress with everything you need. The building also has a full bar & restaurant & parking.

Good to know

The apartment is modern and beautiful. Ducted cooling means it's always lovely inside, but you also have access to the rooftop pool and entertainment area. On top of this you can use the two ground level swimming pools, the bar and restaurant. The apartment has all modern appliances, from a fridge with ice maker, to washing machine, oven and beautiful big 65" television. We also have fast internet (100MB) and work stations setup so you can use the apartment like a home away from home. Need to work like an office? No problem, we have high-end computer monitors we can supply to turn your room into a home office. Smart televisions in every room and a spa bath in the main bedroom that's luxury exemplified. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the utensils and machines you could need. We also have fresh drinking water from the kitchen taps and refrigerator, so no need for bottled water.

There is 24/7 security in the building who can help with any issues. We also have a building an maintenance team on 9 - 5 every day. We live on the island ourselves, and are only 5 minutes away to address any issues or assist with anything you need.

The best part of the island, quiet but complete with bar, restaurant and the best views on the island. You can walk down to Mangoes Cafe & Isla Village with ease, enjoy the ocean right in front, or the park behind. It's magical!

Guest Access

You have full use of the entire building including the big double car space (for golf cars & scooters). The apartment and building are setup to be enjoyed and you'll want for nothing, this is made to be enjoyed!

Beautiful place with a beautiful view. It is so close to many great restaurants or a short cab ride. The beds were all soft and comfortable and the AC is cool and refreshing. Everything worked perfectly and we had no problems at all. The parking is extremely convenient. You park and the elevator is right there and you take it right to your door. I would stay there again if I had a chance.

We had an amazing time at Isla 33c the penthouse was beautiful and included everything we needed for our stay, including toiletries, best coffee, beach towels, kitchen supplies, awesome concierge to help us with reservations and recommendations. We loved the location, the view was mesmerizing everyday listening to the waves. There is lowkey live music, not loud but more peaceful and friendly atmosphere. Will definitely return!!

My family and I had such a great experience staying at Josh’s place. The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. The location right on the water was absolutely stunning and made for a truly relaxing getaway. Josh was incredibly kind and responsive throughout our stay. A special thank you to Gustavo, the concierge, who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed—he was so kind, helpful, and knowledgeable about the area. The little touches throughout the home made it feel extra welcoming. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and beautiful place to stay in Isla!

Beautiful home in gorgeous Isla Mujeres. Love the kitchen and all of the nice appliances they had. They take great care of their home, beautiful decor, and was the perfect place to stay in paradise. Loved the rooftop pool and amazing ocean views. Definitely check out a golf cart if you plan on staying at this location. Their concierge Gustavo was wonderful, was able to connect us to a fantastic local baker, and went over and beyond with recommendations.

Find us

The apartment comes complete with a large car space. You can park two golf carts in there if you wish, or one car and a scooter. It's easy to get a taxi, we have the phone number in the apartment, or just ask the bar downstairs to call for you.
